Add and Edit Media

Use the Add Media tool to take photos, scan documents, and add images to your note. Enrich your note with GIFs and stickers. Insert sticky notes for quick reminders. 

Media can be placed and moved around anywhere on the note.

Overview

1. Tap twice or click on  
2. A second menu will appear with the options:
   Photos, Camera, Stickers, GIF's, and Sticky Notes

Photos

1. Select an image from Photos or Albums to add it to your note. 
2. Select the camera icon in the bottom left to take a photo and add it to your note.
   1. Once added to the page, tap or click on the image to select it. 
   2. A menu will appear with the options to:
      
      Crop, Copy, Cut, Duplicate, Send Forward, Send Backward, and Delete
   3. Select  for Format, Fit to Page, Flip Vertically, Flip Horizontally, Convert to Ink

Send Forward and Backward

Adjust the arrangement of overlapping images and stickers.

1. Add an Image or Sticker to your note.
2. Select the Image or Sticker.
3. Select to bring it forward or  to move it backward.

Please note: GIFs can not be sent backward behind images and stickers at this time. 

Document Scan

1. Tap on the media icon , then select Photos from the menu that appears
   
2. Use to scan a document and add it to your note.
3. Tap the shutter button to scan and adjust the corners to set the perimeter of the document.
4. Select Save to add the document(s) to your note as a PDF.

Stickers

1. Tap or click on a sticker to add it to your note.
2. Tap Select to add multiple stickers at once or add stickers to your Favorites. 
   • Recents: Stickers that you used last. 
   • My Stickers: Stickers that you created by grouping handwritten elements as a sticker.
   • Favorites: Stickers that you favorited. 
3. Once added to the page, tap or click on the sticker to select it.
   • • From the menu:
       
       Crop, Copy, Cut, Duplicate, Send Forward, Send Backward, and Delete
     • Select  for Format, Fit to Page, Flip Vertically, Flip Horizontally, Convert to Ink

GIFs 

1. Search through GIFs and choose ones to add to your note. 
   • Once added to the page, tap or click on the GIF to select it.
     • • From the menu:
         
         Crop, Copy, Cut, Duplicate, Send Forward, Send Backward, and Delete
       • Select  for Disable Text Wrap or Fit to Page 

Sticky Notes 

1. Tap or click on blank, rule, grid, and dot sticky notes to add to your note.
2. Use Pen, Pencil, or Highlighter to write on the sticky notes—when you move the sticky note, what you wrote will move with it.
3. Tap on the sticky note and adjust the corners to shrink or expand the size of the sticky note. 
   • Tip: Make the sticky note smaller when you need more space on the page! 
     

Rotating Media

While using any tool except for the Navigate tool, tap a media object and use the rotation handle to rotate.
