Viewing Your Notes

List or Grid View

Select threedotsnoteview.png in the upper right corner of the Library, next to the new note Button.png , to view your notes in a List or in a Grid.

All Notes, Recents, Favorites, and Shared

Select from the following:

  • All Notes: Every note in your Library
  • Recents: The last ten notes you opened
  • Favorites: Notes that you’ve favorited for quick access
    • To favorite a note: 
      • Press and hold (iOS) or right-click on a note’s thumbnail in the library and select Favorite.
      • Select threedotsnoteview.png, go to Select Notes, select the notes you want to favorite, and tap or click on the Favorite button.
  • Shared Notes: Notes have been shared via Link Sharing 

Sorting Notes

Select threedotsnoteview.png in the upper right corner of the Library, next to the new note Button.png to sort your notes by Name, Modified Date, or Created Date.
