Viewing Your Notes

List or Grid View

Select in the upper right corner of the Library, next to the +New , to view your notes in a List or in a Grid.

All Notes, Recents, Favorites, and Shared

Select from the following: 

• All Notes: Every note in your Library
• Recents: The last ten notes you opened
• Favorites: Notes that you’ve favorited for quick access
  • To favorite a note: 
    • Press and hold (iOS) or right-click (Mac) on a note’s thumbnail in the library and select Favorite.
    • Select , go to Select Notes, select the notes you want to favorite, and tap or click on the Favorite button.
• Unfiled Notes: Notes that have not been saved within a Subject 
• Shared Notes: Notes have been shared via Link Sharing 

Sorting Notes

Select in the upper right corner of the Library, next to the +New to sort your notes by Name, Modified Date, or Created Date.
