Edit multiple notes at once or make changes individually within your Library.
Editing Multiple Notes
iOS
- Open Notability's Library.
- Tap "Edit" in the top left corner.
- Tap notes to select them.
- To delete the notes, tap
.
- To duplicate the notes, tap
.
- To move the notes, press and hold a note's thumbnail. Then drag it to a subject and let go.
Mac
- Open Notability's Library.
- Hold down shift and click on your notes.
- Select from: Open in a New Window, Share, Duplicate, and Delete.
Editing Individual Notes
iOS
- Open Notability's Library.
- To delete a note, swipe right-to-left on its name. Then tap
.
- To duplicate a note, press and hold its name. Then tap "Duplicate".
- To move a note, press and hold its thumbnail. Then drag it to a subject and let go.
- To rename a note, tap "Edit" or open the note. Then tap the note's name, type in a name, and tap "Done".
Mac
- Open Notability's Library.
- Right click on a note.
- Select from: Rename, Share, Duplicate, iCloud Version History, and Move to Trash.
Recovering Notes
You can recover notes for up to 30 days after you deleted them.
- Open Notability's Library.
- On iPhone, tap
in the top left corner.
- Tap
at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the note you want to recover, or tap "Select All".
- Tap "Recover Notes".
