Error 400: Bad Request Sent to Server

If error 400 occurs when you try to interact with Dropbox, you may have an old version of Notability with an outdated way of connecting to Dropbox. Please ensure that you have the latest version of the app.

Error 400 may also mean that Notability's connection to Google Drive or Dropbox needs to be reset. You can log out of and back into a service through these locations:

  • On iPad, go to the "Manage Accounts" tab of Notability's settings.
  • On Mac, click "Notability > Preferences..." from Notability's menu bar.
