Error 400: Bad Request Sent to Server
Your version of Notability may have an old way of connecting to cloud services, so updating to the latest version of Notability may fix the error. If that doesn't help, reset Notability's connection to your cloud service by logging out of and back into the service.
- iPad: Open the "Manage Accounts" tab of Notability's preferences.
- Mac: Click "Notability > Preferences..." from your Mac's menu bar.
Error 403: Disallowed Useragent
Your version of Notability may have an outdated way of connecting to Google Drive, so updating to the latest version of Notability should fix this error.
Error 417: Rate Limit Exceeded
These stem from interactions with the cloud storage service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc). They mean that a cloud storage account tried to do too much in a given period of time, like importing lots of PowerPoint presentations and Word docs. Waiting a while should fix these errors.
