Importing External Planners into Notability

Download planners online and import them into Notability to use as templates!

  1. Tap new note Button.png in the Library.
  2. At the bottom of the note’s page, tap import button.jpeg.
  3. Tap on the file you’d like to import into this note. 
    • Alternatively: To import files from other apps, use the share feature in those apps.
  4. While in a note, open the Page Manager. 
  5. On the desired page thumbnail, tap or click the threedotsnoteview.pngicon > Create Template. 
  6. Name the template and Save.
    • This will be saved in My Templates under Custom Templates.
