Purchases through the Apple App Store
As third-party developers, we're not able to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase. From there, choose I'd like to, then Request a refund.
After you submit your request, Apple typically takes 24 to 48 hours to respond. You can check the status of your request at any time.

Purchases through the Notability website
If you subscribed through the Notability website, you have 14 calendar days from your purchase date to request a refund for any reason. The fastest way to reach us is through the in-app support form. You can also email support@gingerlabs.com. Once we hear from you, we'll issue a full refund.
After the 14-day window, purchases aren't eligible for a refund. If you cancel after this period, your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll keep access to Notability for the rest of the term you already paid for.
