Common Payment Issues
If your payment method is declined or not being accepted when purchasing a Notability Plus subscription, it may be due to issues with the App Store or the billing process. In an attempt to resolve this, please contact Apple Support as they can provide specific guidance and solutions to help address this issue.
Subscription Payment Failure
If your payment does not process when redeeming a promotional offer, it could be due to the in-app offer being dismissed or it expired. If an offer is dismissed and is no longer visible in the app, it cannot be redeemed. If this issue persists, please contact Notability support through the app:
1. Open Notability
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Tap on Help
4. Select Contact Support

Verifying Your Subscription Status
To check if you are currently subscribed to a Notability Plus subscription, follow these steps:
- Open Notability
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap on Subscription
- View your Current Plan
Alternatively, you can check your subscription status via:
- Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your Notability subscription, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Device Settings
- Select Apple ID
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Find Notability and select Cancel Subscription
Restoring a Previous Purchase
If you have previously purchased a Notability Plus subscription but the app is showing you on the Starter plan, you can restore your purchase by following these steps:
- Open Notability
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap on Subscription
- Selecting Restore Plan
Ensure you are logged into the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
