Email Delivery Troubleshooting Guide

If you’re not receiving Emails from Notability, follow these steps to identify and resolve common issues:

  1. Check your Email Address

    Verify that you have provided the correct email address. Double check for typos especially in domain names.

  2. Check your Spam or Junk Folder

    Our emails could have been mistakenly marked as spam. If this is the case, add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list to not miss future emails from Notability.

  3. Inbox Full

    Check to see if your inbox has reached its storage limit. If this the case, remove unnecessary emails or archive older emails to free up space before trying again.

  4. External Email Restrictions

    Some organizations block external emails. Check with your IT department about email policies regarding receiving external emails. If this is the case, consider using an alternative email address.

  5. Email Client Issues

    Try accessing your email through webmail if you usually use an app. Check to make sure your email client is properly configured and up to date.

  6. Temporary Server Issues

    There could be a temporary server issue, wait for a short while and try again later.
