Syncing Subscriptions
To sync your subscription between the iOS and the Web app, you will need to link it to a Notability account.
If you subscribed through the Web App:
- A Notability account has already been created during the sign-up process.
- Open the iOS app and log in using the same account email.
If you subscribed through the App Store on iOS:
- Open Notability and create or sign in to your Notability account.
- Next, navigate to the Web app and log in using the same email address.
Please note: subscriptions can only be linked to one Notability account. If more than one account is created, the subscription will only be available on the original account it was purchased with.
