Which browsers are compatible?
The Web App is compatible with all major browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimal performance.
How do I back up my notes?
Notes created in Notability are securely stored on our servers. Currently, the Web App does not support backing up notes to third-party services.
Are there different subscription tiers?
Yes, you can currently use the Web App for free, or with a Plus or Pro subscription.
In which countries is the Web App available?
The Web App is available in all countries except Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Can I use the Web App on my mobile device or tablet?
The Web App works best on a desktop browser. While it can be accessed on your mobile device or tablet, some functionality may be limited.
Can I use a stylus or Apple Pencil with the Web App?
Currently, using a stylus is not supported on the Web App when using an iOS device.
Can I access the Gallery through the Web App?
While there is no direct access to the Gallery through the Web App, you can still access it here: Notability Gallery
