How to access the Planner Dashboard
- Tap Index to see the glossary of the key pages in your planner.
Using Planning Pages
Finding Planner Templates
- From the Index Page, you can access templates to copy and paste anywhere on the planner.
How to Copy a Template
1. Open the Content Manager
2. Tap on the page you want to copy
3. Tap and select Copy.
How to Paste a Template
1. Navigate to the page where you want to add the template.
2. Tap and select Paste. The template will be added after the selected page.
Viewing 2025 at a Glance
- Tap Year to see an overview of the entire year 2025.
Navigating Months, Weeks, and Days
- To go to a Month use the tabs on the right side.
- To view a specific Week tap on the week number on the left of the calendar.
- Once you're in the monthly overview or weekly view, tap on any Day to see its details.

Index Page
- Tap 1x on the Index Page to see the 2025 Calendar and the Table of Contents.
- Tap 2x to open the Vision Board page.
- Tap 3x to access the Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Routines page.
How to use the Template Page
- Navigate to the Template Page.
- Copy or duplicate a template.
- Paste below the desired page.
- Tap 2x to open the Kanban Board.
Please Note: Templates cannot be pasted directly on top of an existing page.
Tips:
- Always copy the original template before adding notes to keep it unchanged.
- To add notes on a hyperlinked page, take a screenshot and paste it as an image. This way, you can write over it without changing the original template.
Yearly and Monthly Pages
- Yearly Pages: Double-tap the `...` tab to view your yearly planning pages.
- Monthly Overview: Double-tap a monthly tab to access the Monthly Overview.
- One Line a Day: Triple-tap a monthly tab to access this quick daily note feature.
Notes Index and Hidden Panels
- To access the Notes Index 50 Subjects, tap the Notes tab in the bottom right corner. Double-tap to open a blank notes page.
- Hidden Panels (numbered 1-12) are located at the bottom and serve as blank spaces you can customize to fit your needs.
Calendar Integration
- To access Google Calendar and/or Apple Calendar, tap on the tabs in the bottom-left corner of the planner.
- To link to Apple Calendar, please install the Shortcut app first and then download the shortcut created by Nozomu Noto here.
- In Safari, tap on Downloads and tap on Nozomunoto shortcut. Once in Shortcut app, tap Add Shortcut
- Once the shortcut is added, you can tap on A on the bottom tab and your shortcut prompt will appear.
Additional Writing Space and Adding Media
- Choose the Folded Magazine style for extra space to write and draw.
- Personalize your pages by adding Media to them.
Tutorial Page
- To access the Tutorial Page, tap 2x on the tab in the bottom left-hand corner.
