Notability for Business - Billing Guide

Steps to access Notability for Business

  1. Admin Panel Access
    - Upon approval of your Notability for Business request, you will gain access to the billing tab in your Notability admin panel.
     
  2. Subscription Selection
    - Choose between monthly or annual subscription options.
    - The cost is automatically calculated based on the number of licenses requested.
    - To modify the license count, contact businesssupport@gingerlabs.com.
     
  3. Payment Processing
    - Select your preferred payment method and complete the checkout process.
    - If you don't see a suitable payment option for your business, reach out to businesssupport@gingerlabs.com.
     
  4. License Key Retrieval
    - After successful payment, your unique License Key will be available in the Notability admin panel.
     
  5. Deployment
    - Deploy the License Key through your mobile device management (MDM) platform.
    - For additional configuration options, refer to our guide on Notability for Business.
     
  6. Active License Count
    - License consumption occurs when a managed device launches Notability for the first time with the License Key deployed to it, while connected to the internet. You can track this in your Notability admin panel.
    - To verify successful activation, open Notability on a device to which a license key has been deployed. Open Notability Settings > Subscription. If successful, you will see “Notability for Business”.

Steps on Updating your License Count

  1. Sign into your Notability for Business Billing Portal.
  2. Click “Update Plan”
  3. Enter your new license count. You will be prorated for the difference between your current license count and your new license count.
  4. You will see the total cost for your next subscription period, as well as the prorated amount that you will be billed for today. Click “Confirm” to continue.
  5. After completion, you will be able to see a new invoice showing the change.

If you did not make payment through the customer portal, contact businesssupport@gingerlabs.com to update your License Count.
