Use PDFs as templates in Notability. PDFs can't be added to the built-in paper options, but you can duplicate a PDF and write on the duplicates. Then, keep the original PDF blank for future use.
The Notability Paper Pack contains a variety of PDFs, including music staves and a Cornell notes template.
We also have dot, grid, and lined paper as built in paper backgrounds!
